I have been dreaming the same dream for the 30 years my husband and I have been married. My husband and I are always looking for a home to buy or going to a party after looking at houses and he leaves me for another woman he just met. I beg him not to leave me but he laughs cruelly and I start crying in my sleep and wake up still crying and feel deep heart ache all day. - Jill 54
Lauri: The fact that BOTH of you are looking for a house means there is something you have been searching for all these years in order for your marriage to feel like home. Has there been infidelity in your marriage before? Or in a previous relationship? If so, then these dreams reflect a constant underlying fear that you have been afraid to address in waking life, a fear that you may be left behind again. The heartache you constantly feel in the dream is directly related to heartache you have in waking life. Recognizing the source of the dream means you are able to recognize an area of your life that needs some attention. And once you do what it takes to correct the situation, you'll find that these dreams will stop because you have not given them a reason to come back.
Jill Replies: Thank you so much for helping me to finally understand my dream! You have no idea how many people I have asked to interpret my dream in the last 30 years and NO one could figure it out. How relieved I am after 30 years. Please know that I will do the necessary "work" to resolve my problem no matter how long it takes. Thanks so much for giving me the ability to make the dream go away.
