1.         HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

a.                 The “It Only Takes a Minute to Save Energy!” contest (the “Contest”) will begin on July 14, 2008 at 12:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on July 27, 2008 at 11:59PM ET.

b.                 To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method: log onto mix985.com, wbz1030.com, oldies1033.com, wzlx.com, or wbcn.com, click on the contest page and click on the link for this contest. Enter your first name and last name, complete address, including city, state and zip code, telephone number, a valid email address, date of birth and in the space provided, list three (3) things you are going to do this summer to help save energy in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an online entry form will be solely determined when the stations’ web server records the entry information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of e-mail) does not constitute actual receipt of an entry form for purposes of these Official Rules. The stations’ computer is the official time keeping device for this contest. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. The station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. All entries must be received by July 27, 2008 at 11:59PM ET.

2.            ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

a.                 The Contest is open to all listeners who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the greater Boston area. Employees of WBMX, WBZ, WODS, WBCN, and WZLX (collectively referred to as the “Station”), their licensees, their corporate parent CBS Corporation, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors / promotional partners, other radio stations in the Boston metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

b.                 Listeners are eligible to win a CBS Radio contest only once every sixty (60) days. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c.                 Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

a.                 One (1) winner will receive a 7-night/ 8-day trip to Aruba for winner and a guest, including round trip coach class airfare for two (2), courtesy of cheapcarribbean.com, and hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy), courtesy of the Westin Aruba Resort. ARV: $3,000. Travel must be takenby July 28, 2009. Some black out dates apply. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, hotel, hospitality and airport taxes, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, transfers, spending money and any other expenses not specifically offered herein. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. The guest of the grand prize winner must also be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

b.                 All prizes or prizes certificates may be picked up at the office of WBMX, 1200 Soldiers Field Road, Boston, MA, 02134. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning will forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c.                 There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

a.                 Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b.                 Winner will be selected on Monday, July 28, 2008 at approximately 12:00PM PT in a random drawing of all entries received. Winner will be notified via telephonefollowing the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted by August 4, 3008, an alternate winner may be chosen at random from all remaining entries received.

c.                 Winner need not listen or be present to win.

d.                 Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

e.                 Winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing of the remaining entries received.

a.                 Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Grand prize winner will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Failure to provide an accurate and complete Social Security Number, if required, is a violation of federal law and will result in forfeiture of prize.

b.                 By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. 

c.                 Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d.                 The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e.                 The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or has a change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f.                    Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, solely at the discretion of the Station.

g.                 The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

h.                 Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WBMX, 1200 Soldiers Field Road, Boston, MA, 02134.
