Champagne Punch
Mix ½ cup superfine sugar with a pineapple (chopped) in a punch bowl; let sit one hour. Stir in 1 cup each fresh lemon juice, brandy, and light rum, and 2/3 cup each Cointreau and grenadine. Chill. To serve add two bottles cold champagne and ice.
